"The product arrived 3 weeks after it was purchased with 3-4 day ground shipping applied. After calling to ask where it was I was sent a tracking link for a package that never left the warehouse until a week after and subsequently I was forced to call again and had to be issued another tracking link to a package they finally sent out and arrived a week later. Once the packaged arrived no invoice was included nor a verification code for APR's free with purchase upgrades,which led to more phone calls.
