I have called them dozens of times to which they never answer there phone and i am forced to leave a message. I left a message and instead of getting a call back, i get an email back saying it was on back order but they promising tracking information that day. That was May 4th, still have not received tracking info and today is May 11th.
I hate to leave bad ratings to sellers but this is just absurd. "
