"My son ordered parts for his 1998 Jetta and they shipped the wrong parts to him. He then had to contact the company via email only, which makes no sense on why a company would not have customer service support available via phone contact. He then shipped the parts back for an exchange, the company then tried to say, the parts were damaged. The parts were not damaged they were never even taking out of the house only out of the box and quickly put back in because they were the incorrect parts. My son is 17 years old, he has worked hard since he was old enough to work and saved 500.00 to get these parts and now the company will not even ship him the right parts nor refund his money. If they did not have the correct parts for his car, that should have been stated instead of them trying to steal money from a young kid. I am very displeased with this company and their customer service. It is a shame too, b/c my son is a mechanic and has been since he was knee high to a grasshopper and he restores old cars. This company is going to miss out on a lifetime of loyality from him and his circle of friends. "

“Thanks for the review and we are sorry you are unhappy as we have tried to assist throughout the process however we received damaged product back.

This customer placed an order for a MK4 Jetta coilover system which was incorrect for their car as they own a 1998 Jetta which is a MK3. Our product title as well as fitment table on the product page explains the proper vehicle applications which is correct and did not state it fitted his car. We offered to accept the return and waive the restocking fee in order to exchange for the correct system. We received the returned product in damaged condition as well as not in the original packaging material (items were packed loosely causing them to shift during transit). As per our return policy the customer digitally signed on the RMA ( http://support.moddedeuros.com/customer/portal/articles/803295-how-do-i-make-a-return- ) , we cannot accept returns that are damaged or not in new condition. Customer stated the system was damaged prior to install however we were not informed upon delivery of the system to the customer only after we received the RMA and found the product to have damage and informed the customer.

We will be shipping back the damaged parts at our expense to the customer so they may resell.”
