"Blindingly fast. Ordered on Thursday, package arrived Saturday (USPS Express Mail). The acrylic reservoir was lovingly cacooned in bubble wrap and then surrounded by a sea of packing peanuts.
Their web site could do stand to have the "sizzle" replaced by ease of use simple HTML, but you cannot fault the products.
Upon using the reservoir, I found the side screw holes were slightly off standard, but not enought to stop me. Because of the weight of the water in a dual height reservoir, I would have liked more mounting points. I solved that with sandpaper, epoxy, and some plastic strips."

"Not good with writing reviews, but all I can say is that this is one of the best sites to go to if you want to mod your case. Ordered a laser engraved case window from them, but had some questions concerning the size of the window and if it would fit in my case. All my emails were answered in a timely manner and they even modified the window for me so that it could fit on my case for free. Gotta love that.
