"I purchased the Vertiglow 500W PSU with red lighting, plus some rounded cables.
The PSU arrived and installed fine, and worked for about 3-4 days. Then one day my monitor went down and I started having all kinds of problems with my system. I believed the issue to be the motherboard, since my system and components seemed to be getting power.
I RMA'd my mobo (losing the 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges) and got a different brand mobo. Still had the same problem. Everything would power up but the AGP port on my system. I tried a less intensive graphics card and that didn't help. I tested all my components in another system and they worked fine.
I eventually brought it up to an OEM dealer for them to diagnose my problem and they determined it was the PSU that I bought from Voyeurmods.com
I contacted Voyeurmods.com and went through about a month of back and forth with these jokers. They tried to offer me special upgrades and discounts if I returned the PSU for a store credit. I kept trying to explain I wanted a credit to my CREDIT CARD. That I had already installed the generic 350w supply that came with my case and IT was working (while their 500W one didn't)
Eventually they reluctantly agreed to accept my PSU back, but while they told me no restock if I exchanged it for another supply, this time there would be a 15% restock.
I have emailed back and forth with sales and support to get my issue resolved, and I shipped it back to them USPS Priority Mail and haven't been able to get a response on the status of my RMA and credit.
Extremely poor communication and quality as far as I'm concerned. I had hoped for better, given their strong ratings here, so I guess I'm just the one unlucky schmuck that did have a problem with em. :("
