Wo sich Shops am Ende wirklich unterscheiden, ist der Support wenn mit einer Lieferung mal etwas schiefgeht. In diesem Fall wurde meine Bestellung von DHL nicht zugestellt. Der Kundendienst hat wirklich alles versucht um mir die Bestellung zukommen zu lassen und der Kontakt ist direkt, schnell und immer hilfreich. Am Ende hat es auch geklappt.
