"I recently opened a Music store where we were in the need of Custom Paneling for my sound system. I was looking on line and came across ModernLine. I called their 800 number and I am not sure who I spoke with by the guy were super knowledgeable and explained to me how the panels will work and connect together. We then picked specific sound observing material and they e-mailed me a swatch first. We got our wall panels delivered 4 weeks later and it works great as they promised"
"We bought a "leather" sofa set and 6 tables from MLF. It would have been better if I had thrown my money in the trash. The sofa started peeling in a year or so. It turn out it was not leather but vinly with a coat of paint on top. The table started falling apart soon as well.
Please stay away from MLF if you don't want to have to throw out the furniture in a couple of years and buy furniture again."

My friend recommended me to check out some of the furniture on modernlinefurniture.com, and once I started viewing their inventory on sale, I decided to get everything for my bedrooms and the living room from their site. Their customer service was outstanding, specifically Bert and Alexander, who helped me with all my questions and requests. Though it took a little longer than I expected to deliver the furniture, the wait was really worth it since everything was delivered in an immaculate condition and looks even better than on the site pictures. "A company to avoid. There furniture arrived damaged and of the poorest quality imaginable. Stitches hanging out. Modular pieces that didn't meet up evenly. Several pieces had hole already in them.
They were unbelievably bad... like a high school tech class did a furniture project. Clearly NO quality control standards are used. They made no effort at all to correct the situation and hid behind their.... YOUR HAVE TO ORDER BLINDLY... BUT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.

"WARNING TO ALL! Do not order from this company, I've bought several things from them in the passsed 10 years. There leather is average quality at best, however I ordered a couch from them less then 2 years ago and the leather started peeling like a virus. When I contacted them they said they couldn't do anything since the warranty was only one year. They could only offered me to buy ANOTHER BRAND NEW COUCH FOR THE SAME PRICE or re-upholstery the one that was damaged. Might I add they said the leather would not match but they still wanted $500 to fix it. Although they have great prices you get what you pay just don't expect anything from them without hammering more money from you."

On the phone customer service is great...but the implementation and internal coordination to delivery what was discussed on the phone is non existent.
customer has to be persistent to follow up again and again to get things done.
they messed up my furniture initially manufacturer defect then damage during delivery after the repair and the third time could not get it repaired.....it was a waste of time and effort....no quality assurance/control.....Maria and Daniel 2 people I spoke to during is ordeal do talk the talk but do not walk it......"

"We recently purchased modular couches (can be reconfigured based on your group's setting) for a youth area at our church. After searching all over the internet and not being able to find much, I found ModernlineFurtniture.com and liked what they had to offer and the quality of furniture in our price range. I called them to find out the process of ordering, to ask if it was commercial quality and to know a time frame of delivery. The service rep that I worked with answered all of my questions each time I called or emailed and the time frame, etc. was just as she said. When the furniture arrived, it was very well packaged with no scuffs or broken/missing parts. Although I did have to install the feet on the couches, it was easy work and I understand that it might have caused problems in shipping. Our youth & their families have enjoyed the couches already...and already started putting them through the tests of jumping on/over them as teens tend to do. So far, so good!"
