Mistakes happen, and a piece was omitted from my order at a pretty crucial moment in a deadline. I sent an email on SUNDAY and received a response early Monday morning. In short, the MA Performance team came through and overnighted the part to me. I couldn’t make the original deadline, but I couldn’t much ask for a better response.

"On June 10th I ordered parts and paid for an item that was supposedly in stock, and the next day I was told by customer service that the order would ship in 4-6 business days. That did not happen. June 25th I sent the email to ask why my order had not shipped yet and I was told by Aaron (Customer Service Manager) a part of my order had not arrived at their store yet which was causing the delay.
It’s been over one month since I placed an order and they still didn’t ship it. A few days ago I asked for a full refund and have been ignored by the “customer service”.
NEVER BUY FROM THEM they are very unprofessional and they are liars!!!
