"Ordered the Aos can online from map. it came to me within a week. I installed it. Then it cause a check engine light. Next my car died on the highway. I got in touch with lucus and he told me he’d refund me and it’d be a 20% restocking fee I said fine! I spent more money to shop it back to them. And now they want to send it to Crawford for a new one I could sell. This company is a complete ****! Never In my life have I dealt with anyone like this in customer service. I only wish I could give them -10 stars "

Items shipped same day and I got personal service from sales and customer service. If I need something for my car again, I will certainly check out MAP."
"Placed orders twice from MAP first order the item was backordered so they told me 4 weeks before it ships, and that there would be a follow up email. No email after the 5th week. I had to call and they told me it’s backordered again and won’t ship for a month and a half. I asked to cancel the order and they did not hesitate to do so. Placed another order giving them another chance, almost a week since the order was placed. No shipping info, no calls, no follow up emails just an email confirming th order. The customer service here is sub par. Rallysport and subimods hav far superior customer service, ship everything immediately and contact YOU if anything is wrong. My advice is don’t waste your time with MAP they have the worst customer service hands down."
"The parts I received were incorrect. I am expected to pay for returning the wrong parts (MAP mistake) and I am out labor cost as well because I sent the car to a local shop for installation. The customer service rep is not very good at her job, I've sent 2 emails regarding this and no one has returned my messages, I would not recommend buying from MAP. This has not been the most positive buying experience. "
