I hope you can understand that these products are extremely hard to get a hold of and we always do our best to provide customers with timely updates on lead times. This is not the first time I have seen a poor review based solely on a back order for this product line and thus we will have to consider no longer offering these products in the future.

“I am extremely sorry about the back order. Unfortunately we, like you, are at the mercy of the manufacturer. Beatrush is a Japanese company and when larger shipments are delayed in customs all we can do is wait. I woudl like to assure you that we contact our customers as soon as possible to aware them of the delays and we always offer to fully refund anyone who is not wanting to wait.
I appreciate your feedback and really wish we could solve this issue but for a product line that is extremely hard to get, such as beatrush, we're just happy to be able to get their products at all.
