"It took them more than a week for them to tell me that my parts were on back-order. It would've probably taken them longer had I not sent an inquiry email on the status of my order. After receiving a reply email regarding my order status, I immediately called customer service and requested a refund which the rep said that he would process immediately and email me a confirmation number for my refund the following morning. Two days later I called back customer service stating I didn't receive the confirmation number for my refund yet. The rep stated that the person in charge of that department forgot but I could've sworn I was talking to the same guy I talked to originally about the refund. Received the confirmation number for my refund the next day. Originally I was going to purchase my parts through a vendor on Ebay but decided to go with MAP instead after reading good reviews. This whole fiasco caused me to miss an autocross that weekend. "

"Order online to get the best service, then you wont have to deal with these guys personally. If you go to pick up parts from them that have been ordered, you won't get any greeting or even a look from any of the employees when you walk in the showroom, you'll have to call out to someone for help. Online orders seem to be the best way to get the parts you need."
“Our new facility is setup in a way that caters to the vast majority of our customers which happen to be contacting us through phone or email. I realize we do not have a secretary up front to acknowledge and greet walk in customers but I feel a 1 out of 5 star rating is a bit low considering you were able to pick up your products...even if you did have to wait to be helped. We do our best to help every customer in the order that they contact us, so if our sales staff is all tied up on the phones inevitably you will have to wait your turn.
