"MAP was the very first company I ever ordered items through... living in the caribbean not many places are willing to ship here much less even give us discounts.

But not only did they ship the items I requested, they were more than willing to give me a better price on their already well priced items... and for that I have made a few orders with them over time.

And their customer service is top notch: they do take time to talk to you and help you other than some other places that sound like they have more important things to do... And if you're on hold they had that addictingly cool mario music to pass the time (though not sure if they changed it by now)

Six hours later, I received an email from them saying that they don't carry this product in stock and that the manufacturer no longer makes them. They were prompt in providing a refund and they were useful in helping me find a replacement product. However, their incompetence and incorrect product listings caused me an extra day of delay to obtain the part I need. Also, a $10 shipping charge for an item that weighs about 3oz is completely ridiculous."
