"Decided to go forward with an exhaust I found on sale, unfortunately my payment didnt process correctly. The next day i noticed, and the price had gone from 27% off item to only 10%. The website was still showing the lesser price for the item at the bottom of the site, but would ring up for a higher price. I called customer care to ask if they could honor the price. The rep I spoke to told me unfortunately they couldn't. I explained to him what had happened, although he could not give me the price showing, he still provided a further discount since the lesser price had expired. I really do appreciate this company allowing their employees to make decisions that impact the overall customer experience. "
