"I ordered this Nov 9th to put in our new Toy hauler. We left for our trip Nov. 24th and I had not received it. My neighbor just told me it arrived after Christmas. We are on our trip with no dispenser. I don't think this is satisfactory service. I never got an email confirming my order. I was anxious to receive it and looked for it everyday. I will not know its condition until we return in May. "

"Worse experience... I ordered 2 night stands.. Only after a week in and no status change I called to find out its not in stock and takes 10-12 weeks... Called back multiple times after only to finally hear that the item was received at the distro damaged and it would take 3 months for another order... This also took 5 calls to finally get this response... It's been a horrible experience and also feel that the company doesn't really care about customer service... After over 3months of waiting they didn't really show any signs of trying to rectify the situation. "
