"This has been an absolutely terrible experience. I ordered four dining chairs over a month ago and still have not received them! The shipping company they contract with (YRC Freight) is abysmal. They called me and left a message to schedule delivery a couple weeks ago and it is nearly impossible to get in touch with them. There is not a main number for the hub, just some drivers' cell phone numbers who either don't answer, don't return calls, or have no idea what is going on with their shipments. I had delivery scheduled two different days and both times I waited around all day and they stood me up. No one ever called to cancel or to reschedule. I had to call several times over several days to get it recheduled. Then when I had it rescheduled for the third time the driver called me two hours before our confirmed delivery window to say he is around the corner, but that two of my boxes are missing and told me to refuse the order. Now I have been calling MFW every day trying to sort this out. Customer service tells me each time they are working on it and that they will call me back but not ONCE has anyone called me back. So I am stuck checking in myself several times a week. I wish I bought these chairs from anyone else! Over a month later, my baby due in a couple weeks, and we still have no dining chairs. Horrible. Will NEVER shop from here again."
