As it was 10 days before the holiday, I was looking forward to having the table in time. Then I received notice that the table was back ordered, was disappointed, and the only reason for 4 stars, not 5.
Once the table came in, received notice, and it was shipped promptly and appropriately. Great quality and sturdy! Will definitely shop here again...

I have spoken to 4 people at the sales team who say they don't have the ability to return my money, or transfer the call to the customer service desk, they can't see the status of the order either.

"I'm going to keep this short. We have been clients of Modern IN Designs for over 5 years. They have been one of the most reliable furniture shops I have dealt with personally. Whenever there is a project that's needs to be completed in time you can always count on them to make it happen. Yes they don't have every single product available all the time, but which company does? There are times we need items in volume and you can always count on them to give you an accurate ETA. Their customer service team is friendly and shipping is always quick for products that are available. We're local so sometimes we even get it same day!

"We recently received our Barcelona Chairs from Modern In Designs. It was an easy processed as we placed the order over the phone fairly quickly. Address and credit card information provided then 2 days later we got our chairs. Quality is very very good. They use aniline leather on this chair and you can tell it is a quality piece. But we were very surprised how quickly it was to get the delivery. Happy Customer, will shop and buy from there again!"

"I ordered an Arco Lamp from this website on Thursday. I received an email from the company saying it has shipped, however Fedex shows the item was never received. I waited a few days since it was close to the weekend. I leave a message on their voicemail on Tuesday, no call back. I send an email, they apologize for the delay and say the shipping will be updated by end of that day. I check and it’s still not updated. The following day I call and speak to a representative, he states he doesn’t know what is going on and will call the warehouse and call me back. He never calls back. Now I have to go through the process of trying to get my money back. I do not recommend this place, it’s either criminal or completely unprofessional how they handle customers."
