Stay away! Will take your money immediately but not mail product
"I ordered an Arco Lamp from this website on Thursday. I received an email from the company saying it has shipped, however Fedex shows the item was never received. I waited a few days since it was close to the weekend. I leave a message on their voicemail on Tuesday, no call back. I send an email, they apologize for the delay and say the shipping will be updated by end of that day. I check and it’s still not updated. The following day I call and speak to a representative, he states he doesn’t know what is going on and will call the warehouse and call me back. He never calls back. Now I have to go through the process of trying to get my money back. I do not recommend this place, it’s either criminal or completely unprofessional how they handle customers."
