"I decided to change sizes the day after I had already placed my order. I contacted customer service and they were able to change my order for me without a problem. They kept me notified of my order's progress via email until it shipped. Even with the change to the order it still arrived on time per the original estimated date. I'm very happy that I changed sizes as the swim suit I ordered fit perfectly when it arrived. Overall a very good shopping experience and an excellent price. "

"2 of 5 items ordered were "OK". Submitted request for items to be returned and instead of clicking and printing the return label, I clicked to give me the return address. I contacted Customer Service and told them what happened and asked if they could fix for me. Response from Rinna (or some similar name) was "I can't fis" (spelling error included & intended); then said "Return to address". I said - I don't think you understand, I am unable to access the return label, can you provide it to me? Response again was "Return to the address".... Had the sizing on the website been consistent with all garments (I ordered the same size in each suit with the same branding), I could have kept all items. Mind you, the ones I kept weren't perfect, but fit well enough that they would work. I tend not to leave cranky reviews like this, but this just really hit a nerve - ungrateful retailers who think they are offering something we can't get somewhere down the line. I have never before - and will never again - purchase from Modlily."
"I ordered boots that were pictured as being "Lane" , they were nothing but plastic. After many emails, I was told finally they would give me a refund minus shipping costs to return them to China. Not worth it, never buy from them!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. This is the WORST experience that I have ever had with a company. My order will soon be 30 days beyond the latest delivery date. Customer service is TERRIBLE!! They continue to blame either the shipper or USPS. When I ask for the shipper contact info they ask me to wait 1-3 days while they contact the shipper. I DO NOT believe anything they say, I regularly ship and receive internationally and even during Covid have not had a delay like this. The tracking number does update but it merely says it’s awaiting USPS shipping facility after contacting the post office they have informed me that this is a fake tracking number that it’s merely just a label that has been printed. You have a 50% chance of receiving your order and of that 50% chance that it will be the item that you ordered.
When you don't receive your item the only response you will get is once the item is received you can return it. It is quite impossible to return an item hat was never received.
We issued a fraud claim with paypal and would suggest that every unsatisfied customer does this on order to get this site removed or start having proper customer service.

"I ordered four items. I've only gotten two of them so far, tops in Medium, and they fit and are cute. They weren't Walmart-cheap and they were made well enough. They both had patterns that depended on symmetry and they had that. They also laundered well. I can't address the return issues. I haven't had to return anything. And, granted, I am still waiting on two items. They are slow. I have bought cheaper stuff stateside. These came from Shanghai. All the negative reviews had me skeptical also, but, I decided to take the plunge because the tops are SO cute and unique looking. My one concern is that I'm almost certainly perpetuating a system of virtual slave labor. "
