"I placed my order on March 31, 2004 and when I try to track it, it appears that the merchandise hasn't even shipped yet, this 2 weeks later. It appears your company may have low prices, but your customer service and timeliness of delivery, or at least communicating to the customer about their order is VERY POOR. I ordered once before and after that time was hesitant to order again, but I foolishly did, apparently it was a mistake on my part. I will make sure I remember not to order from your company again and tell all of my computer friends that your customer service appears to be non-exsistent. Wow, I was just floored, my order showed up on April 23, 2004, only 24 days after ordering. The funny thing is if you look at there shipping terms I used ground, which was supposed to be 1 to 6 days, well I guess the snail has finally arrived. If you expect reseasonable turnaround and a company that will answer your customer issues, then monsterinkjets is not for you. I personally will not be ordering from them again."

"I originally placed an order on their UNSECURE (no encryption for credit card entries) website in January. About 10 days later they emailed me to tell me that my credit card did not go through. No big deal, perhaps I typed something wrong, but still 10 days to notify me about it? So I placed another order. I have yet to hear back from them and my order still hasn't arrived after another 10 days."

Update: Just before I was out of patience, the lady in the office called and the package was there for me. Very delightful suprise. I guess they just get rid of any extra cost to maintain their low prices. BTW, I ordered on 1/11 and got it on 1/16.

"This is my first order with Monsterinkjets.com . i ordered on 11/30 and when i got back from a trip on 12/12 there where at my house . so i really don't know how long it took for them to get to me . i ordered ink for my epson cx5200 . they are dated 6/05 and 11/05 i haven't tried them yet but i think they will be ok , least thats what it seems like from other posts. i just placed another order for my epson 777 so we will see how fast it takes . they were shipped parcel post. so even if it takes 10 days it is free shipping , well they charge a 2.50 handling charge. but even with the handling charge they are about the cheapest around for ink .
i did have to email them about my order . i must have put in a bad email address because i couldn't log in after my first order to see status . but they did reply in a timely manner when i emailed them about it . so on my second order i just got a new account .

"I bought 4 cartridges for my Epson C82 printer. I prices them in the store and found them to be $60+!!! I decided to go shopping online for them and I found MonsterInkjets. I priced out the same cartridges as in the store and the price came to an unbelievable $15.44! I shot right into Paypal, coughed up the money, and by the next week, they were here! When they arrived I found the cartridges to not be made by Epson but some OEM company. Eventually I got around to putting them in. I opened up the printer, took out the old ones, and popped these right in. They fit perfectly! After charging them, the printer found them and I printed a few pictures to get the full effect. They came out PERFECT! For some $16 I got some $60 worth of cartridges that work perfectly. I'm so happy to have bought from MonsterInkjets. Good shipping and quality of their products. I recommend them to anyone who has printers for the cartridges that they sell."

"Ordered my inks online on November 2, 2003. I heard that they take awhile to get to you, so i wasn't surprised when I got them on the 15th. I opened my box and got exactly what I ordered. All inks have an expiration date of 8-2005, so thats good.
I think they stopped trying to bootleg their inks via media mail, because mine arrived with normal postage.

The cheapest ink around with pretty good quality. Shipping was a bit slow due to the use of Media mail...ink/media? I can't complain here since shipping was free! Customer service/Service was well below average at monsterinkjet. 2 of the 10 cartridges I ordered weren't the right model. After reviewing my order, I confirmed that this was their fault. Sent 3 e-mails before receiving a response attempting to resolve the issue. They said they would gladly exchange them, just send them back.
