"9 days after the initial order, still not shipped. Slow fulfillment, poor customer service.

Edited 10/18: They emailed me stating that my order had been shipped. But the USPS tracking status shows that it was not. Thess guys are frauds! Will report to BBB.

Edited 10/23: USPS tracking number 0280 5213 9070 0218 7061 still shows not shipped. Here is the info from the domain registry, the phone number is false. The address is different from the one on their web page. You may wonder if the name is also made up.

Edited 10/28: One full month after the order was placed, it was finally delivered. One cartridge was a wrong one. Overall experience is still bad. This outfit won't last with this kind of service.

"Ordered on 9/15 and received on 9/25. As many have said, they ship Media Mail (which is illegal) but I did not get it held up by the USPS and it arrived with no problems. The expiration dates are 3/05, 6/05 and 8/05 so I am optimistic that they will work fine. I have not loaded them yet so I don't know. I thought it was weird how they handled the PayPal payment so as soon as I paid I went to another PC and changed my PayPal password in case their site intercepted my password with a cookie. I also deleted all my cookies on the first PC. Total cost was $12.65 for nine cartridges that probably would cost $100 at an office superstore or $30+ at another Internet merchant. I do not know how they can make money. "

"I ordered 4 black and 4 color cartridges for my Canon S330 printer on August 17th. They came 9/3/2003. Shipping info was received by USPS on 8/25, went enroute 8/28.

About 2 1/2 weeks total time, but I am satisfied. The price is very good, the cartridges are all the Rainbow type, none are damaged, and the expiration dates are all 6/2005.

As others may have mentioned, the cartridges were shipped in a bubble mailer as Media Mail, which was crossed out and a "Postage Due" notice was on the package. It was still delivered to my mailbox though."

"Ordered on August 6th, order # 101522. Was told shipping from Georgia to Florida would take 1 to 6 days. Was charged for ink that is not in stock and was not shipped. After waiting more than 2 weeks, send out emails that went unanswered. A few days later, they finally responded to one email with a lame excuse that they have too much business, so delays until August 22nd, and they promised to notify when shipped. More than 3 weeks after ordering the 1 to 6 day quoted time and nothing. It's now the 30th, and no notification, and again no replies to email. They only accept PayPal, and PayPal has a 30 day limit on disputing orders. While waiting for my $1 to arrive, I ran out of ink. Tried Tyler Martin for $1.40 each and they responded like a company is supposed to. Had Tyler Martin ink within a week. I could have dealt with Monsterinkjets if only they kept customers updated with emails.

Update.
Finally received ink. I think they were trying to get one over on the post office, but post office must have found out. Was labled USPS Media Mail, but Media Mail was crossed off, and now shows postage due of $3.71 which we paid. So much for free shipping. Ink was the same as Tyler Martin, and good quality with good expiration dates."

"I bought from this ink seller maybe around 3 or 4 weeks ago I think. The ink I received was great. It was for a CX3200, I ordered 2 black cartridges and they both came in 4 or 5 business days. They were a "rainbow" brand(generic) but that is what they sell, compatable cartridges. I heard these rainbow brands are some of the best generic brands. So far the only negative things about these are the smell of it for the first 1 min of a freshly printed page. No biggie though. :)

I'm very satisfied, but I heard they only accept paypal now and also there is a minimum order of $10, BUT they sell the cheapest ink online WITH free shipping. Mine are now $3 for a black ink cartrdige. See that? only $3 compared to other sites that have like $5 shipping with a $7 cartridge.

Edit: my expiration dates for my cartridge is "04.2005"
