"my boy wanted to order some airsoft guns and we did from Monster airsoft usa. The indicated that that they shipped, but really only generated a fedex ticket but didnt call fedex for over a week to actually pick up the package (clearly ill intent on Monster's part) and we did receive the package for 2 weeks after order was placed and the shipping included over $10 in shipping. they would not respond to emails or voicemails (no live operator). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"

1.) There was no way to communicate with a human being or leave a message.
2.) Merchandise was NOT shipped within 24 hours, as advertised.
3.) I did not receive a package tracking number until after I requested it.
4.) The gun worked for ONE (count 1) day and it quit working."

"They must have had a change of management or something cause my experience was smooth as butter. Placed a big order and received it 4 days later. Everything was there, packaged well in a plain brown box and everything was in great condition and worked as expected. Can't possibly be the same people being described by other reviews so it would seem as though they got their act together. I would buy from them again considering my experience and you should give them another chance cause you can't beat their prices, shipping speed & much improved customer service!"

"We decided to pursue legal action as so many people were having the same issue as us. I know it seems silly to have to pay legal fees for two little pistols, but it was the principal of the whole thing that made me so mad.
The contact info below is who we hired and he wrote a letter to them and we received notice from the USPS that our package is on it's way from Monster Airsoft (needless to say they responded to his legal letter within only a couple of days!)

"I placed an order with Monster Airsoft on 2/17. It's now 2/24, they have charged my credit card and the order is still in "processing". I've tried contacting them via email with no response. I looked all over their website, where are you guys finding their phone number? Not that it matters since it seems they don't answer.
This company is actually not far from where I work, it's tempting to go over there and see what's up but it's not worth wasting my time after reading these reviews. I'm canceling my order and my credit card payment. My son is jumping out of skin waiting for his gun. I'll order from someone who will answer the phone instead.
