"I was happy with the end result but the pickup was promised on the initial call on a Friday, instead it was picked up the following Thursday (almost one week late). Then the delivery was scheduled for the following Monday but instead the delivery ended up showing up two days earlier on Saturday (no complaints on that). I understand the dates are estimates but 6 days late seems a bit excessive.
The driver was very personable and the car showed up with no damage whatsoever. Overall a good experience for the cost but if you need a firm delivery date, definitely opt for the VIP/Express option.

"Transported my vehicle by open carrier--vehicle arrived safely across country within the slotted 7-10 days. Rate was reasonable. Vehicle pick-up was scheduled within 3-4 days. Both drivers were very good about calling and keeping me informed of status. Always a good idea to check back directly with Montway and/or the driver: there was a little mix up with calling my home phone vs. cell phone; but, once resolved, things went smoothly."

When I called to make the arrangements the customer service agent was very forthcoming and accommodating. He answered all my questions and their fee was half of what other companies quoted. The car was picked up on a Friday and sitting in my driveway from across the country on Monday. The driver was professional and very courteous. If I ever need to ship a car again I will be using Monttway Auto Transport."
