"I ordered a monitor from these crooks and while they charged my credit card very quickly, they never shipped the monitor. I called several time only to be told no one could help me, they'd call me back! Of course they never did! Beware! My credit card co is disputing the charge! I even emailed Bryon (the owner) and never heard a peep!"

"I ordered speaker wire from moogr.com. I received the confirmation emails from the ****@**** and ****@****. I have received nothing since and am unable to get any response. I've called the ***-***-**** number many times and was told that this number was for an answering service and that they would have someone call me back. No one has called me back. Now that number no longer works. I have also called and left messages at the ***-***-**** number and still received no response.
I do not know if this company had gone out of business. My credit card does not appear to have been charged yet...at least not under moogr.com. There is something VERY fishy going on here and it has left me with a VERY uncomfortable feeling.
AVOID MOOGR.COM AT ALL COSTS!

"I ordered Toshiba charges on 7/24/08 and credit card was charged on 7/25/08. It was in stock and supposed to send out by FedEx Ground in 5-7 business day. Waited for 2 weeks, it never came. I have been calling the exchange system 5 different times, emailed the ****@**** and never recieved any response. Tried to track the package on Moogr.com, there is no tracking number. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company and will report this website to BBB.

"I placed an order for a power supply that was to ship July 25, 2008. It is now August 28, 2007 and I still have not received the power supply. I have called 6 times, e-mailed several times and faxed the company to get any answer with regards to the shipment. I am still waiting for a response.

"I will start my review of moogr.com today aug 20th 2008. First off I purchased a graphics card from Moogr.com(Google checkout) Item# "AS371534" Palit Microsystems PALIT VCX 9600GT SONIC 1GB DDR3 2DVI HDMI HDCP PCIE2.0 RETAIL on August 15th 2008 2day fedex ship at 9am in the morining(with 6 items availble in stock by the way as of 11Am of today Aug 20th it still says 6 in stock check it out should say atleast 5 because of my order). Yall no the story to emails(bullsh*t) saying your order is in process. Got account for moogr.com and still today Aug 20th I see no representation of my order on my account I paid $177.59(Item: $152.06, shipping: #14.89 2day ship & $10.64 tax) on Aug 15th 9am. I have a serious problem and believe this company is fraudulant. Why, first they say call customer service and its not customer service its a message service. A 3rd party company taking messages that they don't respond to anyways, thats not customer service.
Long story short a lot of calls and messages. Today I sent email and to the customer service # opps im sorry thas a lie its a messaging service and by the way their business line is a cell phone not a business but a personal cell phone line(***-***-****) and check out google maps the address(231 Georgetown Rd. Strasburg, PA 17579-97) comes up as a house on google maps(I check everything when I suspect fraud). Probably the president(Byron Miller Job title: President Company: Strasburg Technology) of the companies house. By the way whats the purpose of an order# if you can't see it on your account online and you can't call customer support(oppose answering service sorry lest call it for what it is live vociemail) and give it to them for an update.

If they try to respond to this review no this first I wrote this before the response. I will update and addon to this review per there response there is nothing wrong with my order address good(physical address) money came out with in 30mins of google checkout. It is all MOOGR.com not me they are the worst online company I have ever seen I still don't have my package and I am to seconds from reporting this company for bad business practise.

We typically notify all orders of back-order status and answer all emails. You we're right though, we haven't been able to call everyone back who has called and we're looking at hiring more staff to answer phones.

The 3350's sold out in minutes when listed and some orders were delayed however i don't beleive any of them were delayed longer than the 24-48 hour window without being told why.

We like to ship fast, but sometimes issues happen. Thanks for your review. Moogr.com / Strasburg Technology Inc.

That is not an excuse why you shouldn't answer the phone. The phone is cancelled. so even if you had more employees which is not a customers concern how many employees you got they wouldn't be able to get calls anyways. You can't even keep the phone on. Thats your responsibility as a business hire based on needs of the market. 2nd that was back in March 27, 2008 and its Aug 2008 and your still having the same problem. Your problems shouldn't be our concern. Moogr.com should not have posted such a lame excuse. As a company its your job fix problems and not make excuses. It seems you still havent fixed it yet.

Im no guru you can see by my spelling(im dyslexic) and im sure I have made tons of gramatical errors in this review but even I could run your company better or even as a consultant you would have the problems. But as I said im just the customer it is not my place to be address your issues like this. Not only is your business off, but your line of thinking as a company needs to be readressed.

"I would never recommend this company to anyone ever! I made an order on 8/5/08, received a confirmation, gave my credit card information, and here it is 8/20/2008, with no response from the company. I have called for about 2 weeks straight, with no return call back, a bunch of apologies from the call center, numerous e-mails on my part with no reply, and NO product. All I want to do is cancel my order and I cant even do that because no one will call me back. One of the girls gave the company's main number, well that sounded to be someone cell phone number because I got his voicemail. I have never had such a problem. I dont trust this company, so I wiped out my account. The only information I get online is my order is processing and payment is received, c'mon 3 weeks, this is ridiculous. I hope no one ever orders from them, or be smart, research them before ordering a product, so you will find out that it will never come. I do not recommend ordering from this company at all!"

"Okay so just like everybody else I was also very skeptical about ordering from this site that Ive simply never heard of. I noticed that it was under google checkout so I thought it was legit. Well Im starting to think I thought wrong. I placed my order on Saturday, July 26, 2008. Yeah, its only Monday July 28, 2008 but there website claims that all weekend orders will be processed and shipped first thing monday morning. Well obviously thats a LIE! I just checked the order status and it says "in process, new google order". I understand its only been one business day so far but Ive already seen one guarantee broken. If my order is not shipped within the next few days I WILL NOT HESISTATE to contact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. After reading the other reviews that said how poorly moogr.com handled their orders and how some people didnt even receive their orders yet after being charged, I am reluctant to order from them again. The only thing that will change my opinion of the site is if I receive my order SOON. I have already been charged 176.00 for the iSymphony Stereo System and I expect my order to be processed and shipped in a timely fashion or else I will be forced to contact the appropriate authorities."

"Moogr is a complete RIP-OFF. I placed an order one 6/12/08 and paid an extra $2.00 for faster shipping. Checked their website on 6/13/08 and
it stated that the order had been shipped and gave a tracking number which I clicked on and fedex stated that it had been delivered and left on my porch in Pennsylvania, big problem I live in Texas. I called Moogr and got their call service explained my problem and the girl said she would have someone call me. Next day no one called so I called them back and got the "I'm sorry I'll put a flag on this complaint" and have someone call you back asap. Well to make a long story short I have called almost every day for the last month, I have emailed Moogr and Strasburg Technology numerous times, I have faxed them 4 times in the last month. I have talked to supervisors at the call center 3 different times ( I asked one supervisor if they have this problem often and she admitted that it happens quite frequently). I have no other recourse but to write this review, I paid with a debit card (Big screw up) they charged my account
I have tried to cancel the order and get my money back but no one will return my call.I have to assume that they have stolen my money and intend to do nothing about it.
Take my word for it and avoid buying from Moogr.
Buy from a reputible store like Tigerdirect.com
Moogr has had plenty of time to call me back and
at least apologize but it has now been over a month and I have no hardrive and my bank account is down about $70.00. It's too bad when good customers have to revert to giving bad reviews as
it would only take about 3 minutes for a phone call.

I wrote the original review on 7/15/08 it is now
7/29/08 2 weeks later and over 6 weeks since I placed the order. During the last 2 weeks I have again called Moogr call center and sent more emails, no one from Moogr has called me back or emailed me. I stand by my original assesment ---
MOOGR IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF. Do not buy their products.

I am adding to my review of Moogr. The date today is Sept. 10, 2008. I have still not received a phone call or a FAX or a email, it has been almost 3 months. I continue to call and email and
get absolutly no response except the call center
apologises and says they will have someone call.
The simple fact is that I have had $70.00 stolen
from me by Moogr.com or Strasburg Tech. whoever
they are lowlife. I hope someone will read this and save themselves some grief, money and alot of time.

"I have called on numerous occasions to get a status on my order. The call center takes a message and no one has returned my call. They have my email address and 2 different phone numbers. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I still have not received my order with I paid extra for 2 day shipping and it is already 11 days late."

"I placed an order for a nokia E51 on May 28, 2008. I received an email almost immediately confirming the order and a second a few minutes later stating that the order was accepted and in-process. The second email and information on the web page indicated that my credit card would be billed and the item would ship within 1-3 days. My card was charged but I never received a notification of shipping or a tracking number. The product description page stated that phone was in stock and the information on the store's help section indicated that credit cards are only billed when items are picked and shipped. A full week later, the order status changed on my account info on their page (without dropping me an email) from in-process to shipped. That was 6/3/08. However, no tracking number was associated with order. I emailed their support address to inquire as to the status after the item had not arrived within another week. I never received a reply. I called a few days later, hoping that speaking with a real, live person might prove to be more fruitful. It didn't. The individual on the other end of the phone was courteous but completely unhelpful. He offered to let me leave a message with my contact information and assured me that I would "hear from somebody soon." Several more days passed with no word. So I tracked down an email address for the president of the company after seeing that he has defended their reputation here as well as in other forums on the internet. I sent him a slightly more detailed version of the story above and have yet to receive a reply. The timelines quoted in their emails and on their FAQ pages suggest that the longest I should have to wait for an in-stock item to arrive is 7-8 business days (that's assuming a full 3 days to process and 5 days in transit). My original order was over three weeks ago and I have received neither the phone I ordered nor a tracking number for the package they supposedly shipped nor even any acknowledgement of any of my communications other than that phone conversation that led nowhere. The representative on the phone did also encourage me to inquire through their online chat help system. I have not done so because despite logging on to their web page every single day during business hours to check for a status update, the link to their help-chat has a big gray box saying it's unavailable.

Next stop: chargeback.

UPDATE 6/20/08: I never received a reply to my email to the company's president. However, 2 days after sending the email, a box from Strastburg Technology was sitting on my porch when I got home from work. I was billed for insurance but never had to sign for the package. I don't like leaving $300+ worth of electronics on my porch. The postage date on the box reads 6/17/08, which is two weeks after when their page says it shipped, a full three weeks after I placed the order, and the same day I sent the email. Had I received any communication saying the phone was on its way, a chargeback could have been avoided. I specifically requested in that email that if the phone had not shipped, to cancel the order. While I appreciate that action was taken to fix a completely unacceptable situation, the action was misdirected. I will accordingly adjust the grade for the transaction to F *plus*.

"I placed an order for 2 CPU's on March 28th. They were on backorder, which was understandable given the demand for these new CPU's. However, other people who I knew who ordered the same items did get theirs soon after their order. I was contacted by Byron from Moogr.com and he explained that one CPU was still on backorder, but the other would be arriving soon as it was mistakenly shipped to the wrong customer. Long story short, the moogr.com website shows plenty of stock available on both CPU's and I have gotten no response from them despite my attempts to email them. As of today (June 18th) I have given up on ever getting my order filled and have cancelled. "

"Fast shipping. Kind of hard to tell where tax will be charged. They have multiple warehouses but that information is kind of hidden from their About page unless you go to the FAQs. They clearly state the head office, but should also say where tax is charged on that page. It was still okay as they had the lowest price, even with tax included."

"My major complaint with this company is a total lack of communication and transparency. I ordered a Thermaltake VA8003BWS Super Tower on 5/5/2008 and my credit card was debited on 5/8/2008. However, even though their order tracking application states the item is "available" I have yet to receive tracking information (it is now 5/13/2008). Repeated phone calls to the company reach only an answering service. They say they will forward an email message to headquarters and they are sorry for the inconvenience. My email to ****@**** has not been replied. It is frustrating that there is no way to contact a responsible person at Moogr. I have a bad feeling about this company and my purchase."

"I placed 2 separate orders with moogr.com. The first was for an Intel e3110 Xeon processor and a week later I ordered a Corsair HX520 PSU. In both cases they had a great price (probably the best price on the net) and reasonable shipping. To top it off, in both cases, I received my order within 2 business days.

They even sent a thank you note once I received my package. Yes it was from a bot, but it was a nice touch, nevertheless.

They don't have as broad a selection of computer gear as a newegg, but it's worth stopping off and seeing if they ahve what you want, because they just might have it the best price with relatively fast Fedex shipping.

"Excellent service. Had a small hiccup at first, but byron really came through for me! As I always tell my own customers, "don't judge me based upon what happened to you, rather judge me based upon how I fix your problem."
