Great service

"Great service, parts worked as expected. They went above and beyond to assist me in a time crunch to get me replacement batteries for my computer and went above and beyond to change an order and swap out the batteries that I had ordered and then change the charges. The communication was great during the whole process and was greatly appreciated and I would and will definitely work with this company again. "

Great Customer Service!

"I needed a rugged laptop for my husband, as he works out in the field as a welder and required something durable and tough. I reached out for a quote, and they went through my requirements with me, explaining what the options were and what they were used for, which I really appreciated! They didn't try to nickel and dime me on them or upsell me on bells and whistles! I will definitely be using them again!"

Great product knowledge. Unexpectedly quick.

"I've been a vehicle up-fitter for a decade and have always had a hard time understanding all of the mounting solutions made by Havis and Gamber Johnson. I finally found a vendor who knows what they are talking about when it comes to building out complex console and side mount systems. They told me it might take 6 weeks to ship which is pretty normal. However, my most recent order shipping after only a week. Perfection. I highly recommend Mooring Tech for Gamber and Havis mounting equipment. "

“Thank you for the feedback. We do provide lead-time guidance on our website as well as on our order confirmation emails. In both cases, we try to directly communicate the custom nature of vehicle mounting equipment and the long lead times. While that guidance is displayed right next to the "ADD TO CART" button, it is often overlooked. This is why we also reiterate details regarding availability and lead times in our order confirmation emails. We never like to see an unhappy customer, but the item ordered will always take 60-90+ days to ship and we do require payment in full at the time of order. This is more the nature of vehicle mounting and rugged computing rather than unique to our specific website. We can of course cancel your order and issue a full refund at your direction. Thank you for considering Mooring Tech as a vendor and we apologize for the miscommunication.”

“We apologize for the inconvenience. It looks like you placed your order on January 19th, which was less than 3 months ago, not 6. We also did our best to manage expectations by having the following language posted on the product you purchased: "Please be advised that TOUGHBOOK 33 batteries are on a national backorder. The lead-time is realistically 3-6+ months with no reliable way to predict.  Our suggestion is to simply make a purchase and wait.  It is highly unlikely this battery will be in stock anywhere."”
