"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They take your money, overcharge on shipping and then undercut your order. If you want to throw money in the garbage, choose them. I ordered an item that said it came in a "quantity of 6", instead they send one. When I call to tell them, they say that we were just telling you that the car uses six of them. You think that people don't know they need six? Obviously, that is why we are buying the six pack! I have never dealt with a more crooked company in my life. Also, be careful. They sell through different domains making them seem "official". Jeep parts overtsock, mopar parts overstock, chrysler parts overstock. Just look out for the place in Lakeland Florida, they are the scammers. Don't belive me, just go ahead and try for yourself. Make sure you have some extra money to spare, because it'll probably go to waste. "
"Quick delivery of the replacement fender molding flare for my 2011 Grand Cherokee. Perfect fit. It does require 2 molding rivets ordered separately. I only ordered one so I had to purchase a second. These are also available for purchase."
"I have a 99 chrysler lhs. I went to mopar overstock website, one of the buggiest websites ever and ordered upper control arms and bushings... The next day I received an email stating that ordered the wrong part. So I called customer service and was told I could buy a kit with everything I needed and had to wait almost 2 weeks for my parts to find 2 LOWER control arms poorly packaged I might add. My biggest problem is that nobody managed to tell me that my car DOES NOT have upper control arms!!!! I am confused because this is MOPAR. If anybody knows what is under my car it should be MOPAR. But they obviously dont. And now I am gonna have to probably wait 2 more weeks to get my money back. Of course after the take out the return shipping. "
"Long story short I had the idea to convert my 1996 Dodge Neon from rear drums to discs. After finding the adapters and everything I needes on Mopar Overstock I continued to buy over $1,000 worth of custom painted brake parts. (Calipers, rotors, master cylinder, and stainless steel braided hoses.)
Welllllll come to find out they sold me products they didn't have in stock and now I have no daily driver, no adapters and $1,000 worth of paper weights and door stops. Thanks so much Mopar.."
"Quick shipping and it was exactly what I ordered! Hard to find when ordering dealer parts, will definitely order from again! "
"Part has never arrived. I need it badly and never got it. This is very disappointing. "
"I spent a lot of time finding my part, then registering for this site. Paid for my part through PayPal and waited. After several days...no part. I went to the website to see where my part is. My payment had been refunded. That' right, no email. No call. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PART THEY ADVERTISED. They accepted my money and didn't even have the part. I went and looked today and the part was still listed on their site. BUYER BEWARE, THEY DON'T REALLY HAVE THESE PARTS!"
"The parts I needed and the best price anywhere. I will definitely check here first for all my factory Jeep part needs. "
"Ordered a new latch for wife's truck. Website is easy to navigate to find what I needed. The part fit like brand new. Shipping was kinda pricey but still cheaper overall price."
"Never got what I ordered called them guy was really rude an didn't seem to know what in talking about. Shady company! Still haven't received refund"
"se tuvo seguimiento todo el tiempo y se entrego en lo programado."
"I had been searching the internet for weeks trying to find a good price on inner door panels for full steel doors on a Jeep Wrangler TJ. Most places were selling them for north of $200 plus $30+ in shipping. I was looking at a minimum of $450 for 2 door panels. IMHO that was just too much for 2 pieces of plastic.
I stumbled across MoparPartsOverstock.com via a search engine and the price on the door panels for my Jeep were at least $30 cheaper than anywhere else I could find; including eBay. I thought the shipping costs were a bit high (almost $50) but, even with shipping costs, I was able to get 2 panels for just south of $375. They shipped fast and had the panels within 4 days of my order. I would definitely order parts again from MoparPartsOverstock.com.
My only complaint would be they did not respond to a couple questions I had. I filled out the form on their website, asking my questions (namely to confirm I was ordering the right part(s)), but they never did respond. I ended up going online and confirming the parts numbers on another website. Even with that, I would order from them again."
"I ordered a light socket for my car on a Tuesday, the following Tuesday I called to follow up on my order and I got an "ok we'll ship it out today".....I feel like I reminded them to ship out my order......what happened if I didn't call is my question?"
"very satisfied with my transaction. I will do business with this company again."
"I ordered 2,400$ worth of parts. They emailed me after I placed my order saying shipping wasn't going to be 79$ it's actually going to be 400$. Then when I emailed back I got no response. I had to call them a week later asking about it. I had to negotiate shipping charges which was so annoying. Then they didn't even keep me updated about my order. Took a month and a half to come in. Product was damaged when I received it. Unbelievable..... so disappointed. Never again."
