"Mopar Parts Inc had information on Google Shopping they could deliver the part I needed by a specific which was 5 days later. Mopar Parts Inc site also indicated I could buy the part from them without delay. After I purchased my item, I got an order confirmation in my e-mail that looked as though all was well. Not so much as even a hint they weren't EVER going to deliver. When I clicked on my order status link a week later to see where my item was, the order status page indicated back order status. A few weeks later, still no item, they cancelled my order without any request from me that they do that. I had to place another order, obviously elsewhere, and I'm a month behind in line from where I was. And did they communicate to me that me order had been cancelled? Nope! I only know because I checked the order status."
