"I ordered a side mirror through this company and was told the part did not match my VIN number. However, the image online for the part number was exactly what I needed so I went ahead with the order. The side mirror i received was completely different than what I ordered and even had Arabic writing on the front where it would normally say “objects in mirror are closer than they may appear”. I called to explain the situation and was met with a rude customer service agent who refused to allow a refund or return. When I asked if I could speak with the manager she said she was the manager. When I asked if I could talk to anyone else she said there was no one else. So now I’m out $40 due to their false advertising. Save your money and shop somewhere else!!"
