"I ordered two (2 ea) small, low-cost fasteners and paid $9.24 shipping. Order was placed on a Sunday; order confirmation email received the following Monday morning. Order status 'update' email received on Wednesday saying order was being 'processed' and would take another "2-4 working days for shipment"....and I live about 100 miles from the actual MoparPartsInc.com store! Its Thursday morning and I still have not received my two fasteners. I should have just driven to any one of the three dealerships within 20 miles and bought from them. Ordering here was a mistake. I gave two stars assuming I get the correct parts and they arrive sometime this week. If otherwise, will revise to 1-star."

They did actually take 14 days but I got no indication as to progress.

Just share info with buyer too not let buyer guessing to think that their order was a scam seller.
