"They sent me the wrong part. the gasket I received is for a 2.4 L engine and I ordered the 2.0 L engine gasket. I had a dealership order one for me and they got the same issue. I have call twice and request a call back on your site to no avail. Also the dealership called to check other dealerships and all of them said their stock for 2.0 L gaskets are wrong. I have been trying to get in contact with them for about a month now email, call, I have a dealership trying on my behalf as well and still can't get in contact to get the right part.

My only reason for the 4 star was, in my case, the part number for my tail light wasn't an exact match, so I needed to look at the photos of the part, which only included the back internal view and not the external view. I would have like to seen more views of the part to assure it was correct, especially when they are expensive.

"I have an 08 Chrysler Town & Country that the lower seat shield that holds the electric switch that has been mangled. Also the little cover that goes with it. The name for both parts is exactly the same. The online part number is not the same for the dealer number. The dealer couldn't tell me where the part number was on my parts so verification was not happening. The dealer said that the part is 40 days out. That's okay but I don't even know if I'll get the parts but we'll see."
