"i called previous to order to check how many screws i need it and i was helped fast and my questions were answered. the site made it easy to order my items. the only thing i did not agree much on was the shipping, the shipping seemed a bit over charge, when other companies offer free shipping. Almost 5 stars,, but that shipping of $16.56 for screws took one star away. "
