"Ordered 2 small parts (in stock) for my Jeep Grand Cherokee on an early Wednesday morning. After completing order there was no indication of how long it would take to ship. Finally got an email 5 days later that it shipped. Then waited 5 more days for the parts to arrive. During that time I called the dealership in town to find out what my parts cost if I went with them. In total I saved $3.72 by ordering through Mopar Parts Online. Waited 10 days to save $3.72
Absolutely not worth it and will be the last time I use MPO. "
"Just placed order recently so I have received my order. I am impressed by how easy it was to place the on-line order and the communcation that followed. Attentive customor service notified me that one of the items was out of stock but they would be happy to proceed in getting the part if I could wait. I think it's great they took the time to contact me with the option of how I wanted to proceed.

"On 6-22-21 I ordered some fasteners for a jeep engine splash shield. (The splash shield was ordered from JC Whitney at the same time as this order, and I received it today, 6-25-21) My order status at Mopar Parts Inc still says "order received". On the order status page, is states: allow 2-4 working days for order to ship, most ship in 24 hours, but some take up to 14 days". I would have liked to have seen that info before I ordered, as I would have continued my parts search for a vendor a little more speedy."
"Ordered a specific part for a specific reason that the web site said would fit my vehicle, they sent a different part with no notification, and blamed it on my vin. That the part would work..
Exchange was canceled and went for a refund after An error in there system that they needed to special order it for longer lead time.
To top it off, there was a food processor blade in the box with the wrong part loose.. I could not make this up! "
