Asked to fill the order as not to delay repair, part arrived and yes, was not correct part. Never used it, still in original packaging. Called and asked to return. CSR said no returns, period, even against advertised stated Return Policy with restocking fee. Unacceptable. Discussed issue with Parts Manager, verified part number and said he would ship appropriate part and asked me to return this one. I did. Never received that part or contact from manager. Used a different Mopar parts website parts supplier, order was quickly processed without any issues, hassles, or delays. This business's catalog had issues. Confirmed problem with the dealer's retail parts division separate from the website division at the same dealer. Manager didn't make good as promised. Horrible experience, buyer beware. You don't need this aggravation. Go somewhere else to get your parts without any hassle......"
