"I ordered a drive shaft that was in stock and it still took a week the pick the order and ship it. The website says if the part is in stock it will ship within 24 hours but that is not a true statement. I emailed them twice and got no response at all. I called them and they told me the part has been sitting in the dock waiting to be shipped. Had the company told me what my status was I would have been ok but no communication at all is terrible customer service. I picked this company for my replacement part due to the fast shipping they promised but that was not an accurate statement. Next time, I’ll deal with someone who can actually do what they claim. "
