"I ordered online and immediately received an email from MoPar, including a link to check the status of my order. When I had heard nothing more after 13 days, I checked the link to check on its status and the link said the order was cancelled. I was never advised of this by MoPar. I just sent them an email asking about it and I hope to hear back soon."
