That’s how I would rate my experience. Just on this order alone which was a swaybar bushings, I would hope that A parts person looking up this part would at least know that you need two of them, or at least ask me if I want to, as it turns out I received one, then had to re-order a second one. And that’s a good day dealing with this group. There are other days I just can’t get answers or I get run around, which is very frustrating. This group is no longer my first second or third go to for parts, and if I do call I expect nonsense, as in my recent call over my air cleaner that was a month overdue, all I was simply doing was trying to track this package to see what the heck was going on and I got a lot of backtalk and snottiness, totally not needed because believe me I can give it back. if you’d like to make some improvement I’d start by firing everybody there, and get some people that know how to work the phones minus the attitude..

One week later haven’t been shipped..

"It’s hard to believe it takes more than a week to ship few bolts. So far very dissatisfying experience. Might change rating after receiving parts - if they all there and correct bolts.

Received the bolts, all there. So besides the slow shipping process it’s a good seller

Feel Like i Got Scammed

"I ordered a dash airbag cover for passenger side 2014 jeep wrangler Sahara which site asked me for diligintanly and said it would fit.
I received this part around the 19th of March. I ddnt not have chance to install until the 26th. After i pulled the dash apart and and was ready to instal new part i realized they had sent me one thats backwards im guessing for a Right hand drive. I put the dash back together so it could be driven and emailed them . I did not hear from them back so the 31st of march i called . This rude girl cant even say she is customer service because shes is not. Giving me attitude and being rude shestarted telling me i needed the vin . I told her vin for what i ordered the part for a 2014 jeep wrangler which site said part would fit. Well it dosnt fit but okay ill get her a vin number and i called back today april 1st and well now the correct part for my jeep is about 100 more and they want me to pay for a restocking fee. I guess thats a easy way to make money off of someone, advertise a part thats not it send it to them and then charge them for taking it back . I believe i saw on their site Right parts guaranteed well i ddnt get the right part. Site states its for a passenger side door airbag which is what i need . I dont think its right to lead someone on false pretences to then up sell them a different part and charge them to take the wrong one back. If imputing my vin was the only way. To know if it was the right part then that should be the first thing you ask for not the year make and model. I would bet money anybody looking at that listing would agree with me. In im not perfect ,
**** maybe im in the wrong,maybe im that stupid customer that cant read fine print or to lazy to read the terms but i ussually know when im wrong and i admit it and this instance it dont feel like it and then to be treated like **** over the phone by your Customer Care aint cool. To tell me i should of read the terms of agreement and that shes trying to do me a favor because she dsnt habe to take anything back. Felt more like a threat for me to just shut the f up if i wanted to get some of my money back. Ive lived in a lowerclass neighborhoods and ive seen first hand scams how people operate ussually the shady ones always act the way your girl acted with me so thats why i feel like im getting scammed. Ive already opened a claim with paypal. Just hope this helps someone else not get fu#€@.
