"I received the cargo organizer from Mopar Parts and needless to say I was not happy. First, not all the parts were shipped. I was missing a set screw that secures the stem into the cargo frame. After installing the side rails left & right and then installing the cargo per the manufacturer’s.instruction guide I found I was unable to get lock release on the left side rail to release. I spent over two hours looking at absolutely every fitting and making 100 percent sure I had installed it correctly. I come to realize that I had been given a defective cargo organizer. The lock release on the left side was approximately 1/8” to long thus creating the issue when you would attempt to release it would not clear the pre-made holes in the rail. I finally had to remove the plastic insert tab on the left locking control lever and shorten it by a 1/8” to allow it to slide freely.
Now works like it’s designed to. Needless to say this is classic example of poor quality control.
When I received the package, I suspect the cargo organizer had been sent back to Mopar parts because the packaging was packaged very odd. it almost looked like someone else had experienced the same issue I encountered and returned it as defective and the shipper failed to discard the item.
I will not be buying any additional products from the shipper or the manufacturer as it was very apparent there’s no quality control. I suspect the manufacturer’s jig may have gotten out of alignment thereby causing this issue. It would not surprise me other customers have encountered the same issue.
For those who may suspect I did not install it properly you are incorrect. I have a lot of experience with these types of things and know what I’m doing. "

"Besides getting the product to ship, the shipping process has been terrible. It's taking over 2 weeks for my shipment to even get into my state. I'm still waiting for my package and receiving calls giving me false hope on the delivery date. You are responsible with who you work with. Me being told it's a delay because there's a problem with a driver then the next day try to switch the blame on weather is terrible. Then I get an e-mail to rate MoparPartsInc.com and I figure I better check on my order again. It hadn't shipped yesterday, maybe it shipped today. So I click and all I see is "CANCELLED". Well isn't that F'n special. No reason given, no notification given, I didn't even get an e-mail saying that it was cancelled (and I did check my junk folder).
A simple e-mail of "out of stock" or "unavailable" would have been fine. But NOTHING.. Seems pretty simple and basic to me for an online company to actually notify you to a change in your order, but apparently that is beyond MoparPartsInc.com's ability. "
