"I would give five stars had it not been for the US Postal Service misplacing my package. USPS notified me that my package was delivered, but it was not. They delivered it a few days later, but it highlights how their tracking is flawed - what can you do when they say it was delivered on their tracker - at least UPS / FED ex have GPS tracking and can find where they left it, USPS - not so much. "

Notified MoperPartsInc by email was told I would receive item that day. Still did not receive. Waited 2 days and still no part. Called them and I was told that shipment was lost and I would have to wait even longer. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait until manager returns sometime next week that they don't give refunds. I already ordered another part from a different distributor and received the next day. I was charged $10.08 to ship a mast antenna and would have expected to be shipped by UPS or Fedex but they shipped by USPS.....What a joke. Customer service was very rude and couldn't care less about the issue. All together my order was $26.07 I guess if they need the money that bad to rip off customers then they can have it. Will never donate here again!!!! "

Order them and next day was contacted by other dealer they on way to me to me. So I called up Mopar parts see what I could do. They cancelled my order with no problems. So I like to try them on future part needs. "
