Website is not accurate.

"Ordered a license plate holder for 2021 Ram Rebel. Website said it would fit the vehicle. Did not fit the vehicle. Had to cut it to form it around the bumper and drill extra holes to line up with the holes in the bumper."

Really Bad Experience

"I ordered spark plugs for my two Jeeps. Shipping charge for eight plugs was $20 but dropped to $10 for ordering twelve plugs so I opted for twelve to have a reserve set. Confirmation e-mail said allow two to four working days for shipment. They processed the $74 charge to my bank account debit card on the day of the order (most online sellers wait until items are shipped before taking your money). After one full week and no shipping notice I placed call and was told by Aubrey that she will "print paperwork and get it to Shipping Department right away". Two days later and still no shipping notice so I called again. Jessica advised that she was "not sure what happened but plugs will be shipped today". Three days after that plugs arrived. They were not the plugs I ordered and not the right plugs for my Jeeps. Returned for refund and received my money back. They claimed that my VIN number was for a 1999 Dodge Neon and so they changed my order without contacting me. Jeep Compass (2011) is my model. Went to local dealer and walked out with eight correct plugs five minutes later. Stay away from Mopar Parts Inc."

Good luck getting ahold of them

"I made an order online then the next day I received and email notifying me there was a problem with my order. No indication of what the problem was, just “a problem.” I tried calling during business hours (which are NOT normal business hours) and the phone just kept ringing with no answer. I responded to the email asking for more details but never received a response. The next day when I was finally able to get through I was hung up on, then had to let the phone ring again for a full minute before someone else picked up to inform me the part I ordered was on back order and they have no idea when it will be available. “Could be three weeks, could be three months. We don’t know.” Awesome. Great. If they hadn’t been such a headache I would have said it’s fine and I’ll wait, but if this experience is any indication of what they’re like to work with I want NOTHING to do with them. I cancelled my order and found the part elsewhere. Call me a Karen but this was way more difficult than it should have been. On the plus side, when I was finally able to speak to an agent she was very friendly. "

Never Again...the Dealer

"Was looking for a couple of parts, went to dealer, met vacant face at parts department, got absurd quote, went home to search internet, found Mopar Parts, checked price, had to call to verify fit, phone call handled by person who actually cared and knew what she was doing, went back to website, placed order, about 55% discount from dealer price."

Poor inventory update

"Your web site is fairly good; from parts diagrams & pictures of the parts available; but speaking to your parts personnel is like talking to a wall; why don’t you make it so that if a part is on back order with no date insight for it becoming available just set it up so one can press a single bottom or such to get the refund; and this way the customer can avoid talking to your rude staff!!
Just making refunds for B.Orders automated would complete your fairly good wed ordering site!
