"Mopar doesn't have up-to-date data of their inventory. After I ordered, the next couple days I got email notification that I have problem with my order (am I the one that have problem???). I was requested to call their 1-800 numbers. Usually I dont check my email, otherwise I would have no idea. I called just to get information that my order got cancelled because I order the wrong part and they dont have the right part? What the heck?
I knew what I ordered.
Instead of waiting for me to call them, why they didn't tell me that they dont have the part. Just a waste of time :(

Lost by USPS

"Ordered the part December 17, 2020. The part was in stock and shipped December 21, 2020 by Mopar Parts Inc using the US Postal Service. This part arrived at USPS Regional shipping center in Detroit, MI December 30, 2020. The part sat in Detroit until being processed January 15, 2021 to forward to the Macomb, MI post office and finally delivered to its shipping address in Macomb on Saturday, January 16, 2021. Unfortunately, we needed the part urgently. I called Mopar Parts Inc, Monday, January 11, 2021 to share my frustration with the shipping issues on my part. I asked if another could be sent overnight delivery. I was told by Mopar Parts Inc they were out of stock and would wait additional weeks to get another. I immediately went online and found another supplier of this part who shipped it FedX and was delivered to us Thursday, January 14, 2021. I’ll be calling Mopar Parts Inc to request a return authorization and shipping fee credit for their part that took almost a month to arrive. Moral of story,”Don’t allow any important auto parts be shipped by United States Postal Service - find another supplier if the don’t use shippers like FedX or UPS."
