I requested return and had to get "approved" by a customer service representative before I could return the product. I was approved to return it but have to pay shipping and a 20% restocking fee. This is ridiculous for an internet purchase that I could not inspect or try before buying. Will avoid this seller like the plague, there are far more reputable sellers out there."
