"Placing my order was easy, my money was accepted quickly, but shipping was no where near the “most orders ship in 24 hrs”. After the second call over a week later, and having to get another department to walk over to the “online parts department” to get someone to at least talk to me, I was told my order would ship that day or the next, and then blamed it on the shipping department When it didn’t happen. I spoke to Aubrey one day then Jasmine the next. both answered the phone with “please hold” and hold I did for 10 minutes. Neither was much help, both were rude. My experience does not speak well for the Addy Harbor Dodge dealership In Myrtle Beach this store is associated with. I was charged Almost $50 for shipping. I wish I could attach a picture. Extremely poor job. My O-rings and gaskets were just thrown in the box with some tubes and hoses no packing material whatsoever. The bag they should have been in was nowhere to be found. How they made it without falling out the box, I do not know. I will never order anything from this facility again and will discourage anyone looking for Mopar parts or service from using them."

"I ordered 4 taillight clip’s but received only one and was charged over $9.00 for shipping wtf am I supposed to do with one taillight clip. The right move on the sellers part would have been to inform me that they were out of that parts or they are back ordered not just send one bs clip and f!!k me for $9.00 on some bs shipping charge "

"Drawings don't always show all that is needed to install. This will be my 4th order to try and install skid plates. This time, one tiny bracket is needed for the left side fuel tank skid plate that is not shown on drawing for it. Instead it is shown on the fuel tank drawing that is not needed for the fuel tank but is needed for the skid plate. Also, and this might be covid related so I won't complain to much but it takes weeks to get a part in."
