"This company is located on the East Coast and I needed a part quickly on the West Coast and this experience was far from quick. I ordered the part on a Saturday and it wasn't even 'received' by them until that Tuesday and then they didn't ship until Thursday. I tried to call to see if there was a way to expedite or pay for 2 day shipping but each time that I called I was greeted with 'can I put you on hold?' and then put there eternally. So I tried to email them and it wasn't until the third email when I tried to cancel the order that I received a response which stated that the part had already shipped. Are you serious? I will NEVER use these guys again. I've learned my lesson."

"I needed an electrical part my local parts store couldn't get. The local Ram Dealer is always so busy. You wait on hold most of the day or stand and wait at the store. So I searched the web. Found the part I needed at several websites. This site advertised genuine Mopar parts and the price was slightly lower than other sites. I used the vehicle vin # to be sure it was the right part. So ordering was easy. I received a confirmation email, then another when the part shipped. It took 2 weeks to receive the part. I was hoping it would come within a week. However, it was packaged nicely & exactly like the part I was replacing. So I'm pleased. Order here as long as you aren't in a rush."
"placed the order on 10-4, they took the payment.... then 14 days later I still hadnt received the part or any communication other than a "order confirmation"
website did not say this part wasnt in stock, so basically I paid for them to order the part, get it in then turn around and ship it to me,... what a waste of time.
I could have just ordered this directly and had my part in 4 days....
Will NOT be using this site again....should have ordered from amazon....."
