"My whole experience with Mopar parts inc. has been terrible. I called them direct on august 12th to verify they have my part in stock, they confirmed they had 2 in stock and order would ship in a couple of days. so I immediately click the pay button on line to start the order. After not hearing from them for six days I call them direct again and they tell me they didn't have the part in stock and had to order it in the meantime my truck is at the body shop waiting on this part. They didn't bother to call or notify me they had to order it. When the part finally arrived it was more damaged than the one I was replacing. My home video catches ups removing the box from the truck upside down with it opened and box dented I still have this video. I had to have them file a claim with ups to get it replaced which took approximately another 14 days to reorder and ship then I had to drive 35 miles to UPS to pick it up because they didn't know when they could deliver it. As I write this my truck still at repair shop I have lost big money not being able to work. To make matters worse they dont want to work with me to at least get UPS shipping charges refunded to me."
