"The item I ordered is exactly what I needed. I got a phone call and the lady said she was calling because the part I ordered wasn't a factory part for my car. (My daughter bought the car new from the dealer and when she traded it in I bought it the same day). Nobody has put any after market parts on my car! She argued with me that this part was not supposed to be on my car because it wasn't a factory part, and said if I ordered it I would not be able to return it.
