Step 2: Ordered on website. Price was fair. So far, so good.
Step 3: Part arrived in 2-3 days, and I was not upcharged for expedited service. (Also Great)
Step 4: When I called originally they suggested I just call in after ordering and give my Order number (Had a road trip in a week) and they would try to prioritize it.
They did get it out faster as they said they could so I Got my item in time and I avoided the overnight Service cost. (Fantastic !)"

I never received an email back from customer care and again I sent 3 emails. I have now lost a valuable customer because I could not get a valid response from anyone.
