"I ordered some parts for my Jeep, after a week I get an email saying there is a problem with my order and to call them. Apparently there was an update to the part I ordered. Good catch on them. Canceled one of the parts and requested a refund, They told me I wasn’t charged even though I was. Another week goes by and still haven’t heard anything about the other part I ordered. The person I spoke to was rude and acted as if I was bothering her. Asked again about the refund and said they would look into it. The next day I get a refund and shipping information. Had I not called I would still be waiting."
