Ordered a Chrome Side Molding for my Jeep Liberty. Put in all info, a perfect match according to the website. When I received the item it said Cherokee on it and not Liberty. The company claims I didn't put in my Vin Number and refused to help me. They didn't care. They said they wouldn't charge me a restocking fee for the wrong item they sent. Complained to the BBB and they still didn't care. I went back to website and ordered the same item, this time with my VIN number and it still shows a perfect match for my Jeep Liberty when I know this item number is obviously wrong and their website is wrong. I took pictures of my step by step process or reordering. I did not reorder because I know it will come back with Cherokee on it but I needed evidence because now I have to go to the Maine Attorney General Office and the South Carolina Attorney General office to try to get this resolved. They didn't even refund my money correctly for the item and made me pay for the shipping it back to them. They refuse to send me the correct part for the price paid. Truly the worst Customer Service I have ever seen. They don't even reply back to emails. I asked several times who the owner of the company was and they won't tell you. RUN don't walk away from this company !!!!"
