"After placing my order on Monday, the shipping price increased by $110. I was contacted via email on Tuesday and asked to confirm the order in light of the price increase. I confirmed the order after hours that same day. Two days later I was emailed and told that I needed to call in to give my credit card information. on Thursday, I gave the credit card the same day. I called Friday, to check on the status of the order and was informed that the parts were not in stock and needed to be ordered. On Friday, I was told that the parts would come in the following Monday and we sent immediately in order to arrive before my car was scheduled to be out of the body shop. The parts were finally sent on Wednesday, 7 business days after my order was sent. They arrived on Friday, 9 business days after they were ordered, and they arrived too late to be installed. "
