"One of the employees there by the name of Jessica has the personality of a piece of wood. She's rude and condescending. She not only didn't listen to me, but refused to let me talk to her supervisor. At the very least, she shouldn't be dealing with the customers and if I were the owner of your business, she'd be long gone. Wrong item was sent to me because of her failure to listen. I waited for over a week to get the part I needed and because she "goes strictly by VIN numbers", the part I needed was not sent. VIN numbers are not always accurate for needed parts. Hey Jessica, if you're reading this, I hope someone treats you in the same manner you treated me. "

"Perfect Fit!! No clearance or gaping as noticed in some reviews. Passenger side rear clip got broke as I took them off to vinyl wrap my roof & the (polished) piece of the roof rails. Only bad part is they come as a kit so I’ve got 2 new (polished) rails I won’t need/use but I’m okay w that. That doesn’t effect my rating. 5 stars for sure! Wish I could include pic but no worry there. "
