Received an email that an agent or rep would contact me soon for the next step, over a week later the item I no longer needed shipped and arrived at my house. I immediately called and was told that I must pay for the item to be shipped back...that makes no sense since it should have never been sent in the first place..tye service agent was not helpful and extremely rude. I will not order from Mopar again."

"I ordered a new hardtop for my 2015 Jeep JKU. I specifically called and asked your customer service department if this was a complete top with windows and was told that it was a complete top. When the order arrived, I was very disappointed to learn it was not a complete top, there were no windows or glass. I called to explain my displeasure, as if I had known it was not a complete hardtop, I never would have ordered it in the first place. I have now been without a hard top for 8 weeks, 4 weeks waiting on my hardtop with no windows and it has been another 4 weeks waiting on the back glass to come in. Your customer service department is not very helpful and again, if I had know it wasn't a complete top, I never would have ordered it in the first place."
